It has been a long time since I have been on a hayride, but my wife and I decided to do a Hayride At Norton Brothers Farm In Cheshire, Connecticut yesterday along with several people from our Church.  The weather was warm, and everyone one had a good time, especially the kids. Dealing With the Elderly Requires More Than Just Patience   I just completed a transaction that gave me more of an education into dealing with the elderly than I thought was possible. I know I can be patient, but with people that have been in their home for years, and have age, patience is just not all that’s needed. Understanding Equal Opportunity in Housing   Recently, on a listing, one of the sellers made the comment that they had to be selective when selling their home to not offend their neighbors. This was so wrong on so many levels, that I just had to stop and explain the legal rights and obligations when buying or selling real estate. I started to explain that their first obligations were to themselves and not their friends and neighbors. If we priced the home at a fair market value for conditions, and we were fortunate to get an interested and qualified buyer, nothing else was important.
