Ski Time Square in Steamboat Springs, CO, will be demolished this spring to make room for a new base village. Here is an artist's rendering from Cafritz, the company who acquired the land from Ski Time Square Enterprises.Ski Time Square will have hotel, retail and residential space in the form of luxury whole ownership and fractional ownership condos. There will be six major buildings that are 3-9 stories high with a total of 1,035,904 square feet of space. 70% will be residential, 5% will be restaurants and retail, and 25% will be parking and convention space. The new base village in Steamboat Springs will cover approximately seven acres.
