The Real Estate Market in Steamboat Springs Continues to Improve Absorption rate is a key barometer to determine the health of a Real Estate Market. Absorption rate is defined as:  how many months it would take to sell all the homes for sale in my area at the current rate they are selling. The best new place to eat is the Neas Dining Hall. Last summer, Steamboat's new restaurant opened. But the food wasn't really part of the celebration. December 2012 has turned out to be skiers and riders dream come true with 136.75" of signature Champagne Powder blanketing the slopes of Steamboat Springs Mount Werner. This is the sixth highest amount of snowfall for December according to the Western Regional Climate Center. Steamboat leads all of the ski resorts in Colorado for snowfall 2012/2013 Season. The Victorian home under the gondola is one of Steamboat's most iconic properties. The original owner trucked the home to Steamboat in sections over Rabbit Ears Pass, then added an addition.
