 Always exciting to work with a past client, and this now will be our fifth transaction!    She closed on her brand new home and beginning her new chapter in life!   Congratulations and wish you many years of new memories in your new home!    I stay in touch with my client, so, not surprising to hear from a past client that wanted to go out and find a new home.  We were sort of playing the home search by ear, as the weather forecasters said we could get anywhere from 2-12" of snow last Friday into Saturday.   I do drive an SUV, so I was good, but sometimes buyers are uncomfortable in this weather. We went out, and in the afternoon the sun was in full sun, so all was good.   Got into all the homes she wanted to view, and worked on making decisions.   We went out again on Sunday and did f...
