This is the November 2017 Real Estate Market Report for Homes for Sale in Loveland CO Sales:Counter to expectations, Loveland home sales rose in October 2017, up 6.1% to 192 homes sold from 181 in September 2017, but were down 1.5% from the 195 sold in October 2016. It’s doubtful that this is more than a random variation, and we still expect that sales will be declining over the next several months.  Prices:Loveland home prices rose in October 2017, with median price gaining 12.4% to $390K from $347K in September 2017, and average price gaining 7.3% to $428K from $399K in September 2017.
