Mahan Manor New Home SOLD  291 Mahan St. Grand JunctionMahan Manor is a popular subdivision and this is the third new home I have SOLD there!Mahan Manor is a new home subdivision in Orchard Mesa and built by Blue Star Construction.  The home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2004 square feet with a 3 car garage.  My buyer loved the 12x19 bonus room that is built over the garage.  The bonus room has a closet so it is technically a bedroom but can serve any use.The lot is .19 of an acre and offers privacy and space.  There is a French door leading from the kitchen to a big covered patio. Builder details that buyers love are a decorative border installed where the title meets the wood floor and carpeted areas.  Pendent lights over the breakfast bar, a large shower and full size tub in the master bat...

778 Valley Court in Grand Junction's Industrial ParkLocated near the major highways of I-70 and Highway 6 and 50 offered many opportunities to a buyer.  Less than a quarter mile east are two well known truck stops, Love's and Pilot.  The parcel is 1.94 acres and was completely enclosed wih a high chain-link fence.  The seller used the lot for equipment and material storage for his paving company.I listed the property on  April 21st for $218,027 and was under contract by mid-July.  After environment testing and other inspections were completed the property closed on October 15th for $217,000.The new owner is planning on building storage units to rent on the property.

Chipeta Pines Golf Course CommunityThe home on Dream Street delivers the VIEWS!  The new buyers, Don and Carol fell in love with the home the minute they looked at the view.Monday evening, August 3rd, I received an email from Don inquiring about homes in Grand Junction.  When I spoke to Don the next day he shared with me that he was getting ready to retire and currently lived in South Texas.  Don's fiancée was retired and she lived outside of Denver and said they would be in town to look at homes August 7-9th, BUT they wouldn't be ready to purchase until October. The couple had never been to Grand Junction before, but at a recent sporting event, a couple next to them told them about Grand Junction and how they loved living there.
