The foreclosure, bank owned, REO real estate market is holding fairly steady to what it was a few months ago. 2015 Delta High School Football Playoff Information Semi-Finals GameThe Delta Panthers traveled to Johnstown to take on Roosevelt. That game was played this afternoon. Delta is a Division 3A school. It was a hard fought game, but the Delta Panthers lost their state playoff semi-final game. Delta had the lead in the first quarter, but quickly lost it and couldn't get it back. The team rallied hard in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough to win the game. The final score in that game is 30 - 23. This will end the 2015 football season for the team. It was an amazing season and so much fun to watch the Panthers throughout the fall. How Low Will They Go?Maybe it's the fumes that make me feel this way, but when I'm paying this at the pump for a gallon of gasoline, it makes me really happy. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. Will prices get lower?...if so I'll just add that to my list of things to be thankful for this holiday season. I'm pretty happy at the $2.07 mark, but if someone wants to really make my day and lower prices even more...than so be it, but you might find me turning cartwheels across the gas station parking lot. Several years ago, I never thought I'd ever see gasoline go below $3.00/gallon ever again. Delta High School Panthers Football Advance in the CO State 2015 PlayoffsThe Delta Panthers Footballs team beat The Classical Academy yesterday with a score of 27 - 14. The game was played in Delta. This was a quarterfinal game, and the win means the Panthers will advance to the semi-final game. The Delta Panthers came on strong in the second half to hold TCA back from any further scoring. The opposing team didn't score at all in the second half. When Delta played TCA in Colorado Springs for their first game of the regular season, it was a close one with a final score of 38 - 35 and Delta barely coming out on top in that game. The Panthers will play Roosevelt for the semi-final game.
