This neighborhood has a great location on Garnet Mesa near the high school. It's made up of manufactured and site built houses...most of them are ranch style homes with predominately three bedroom, two bath floor plans. There isn't any new information to share since last month's real estate market report.  At this time there are no active or pending listings. So NOW is a great time to list your home.  Four homes have sold since the first of the year.  Looking at the average sold price isn't a fair indication of market value, since two of the sales were bank owned and sold for below market value of a home in good condition in this neighborhood. This is an affordable neighborhood that people love. Let's take a look at the recent sales activity in your neighborhood: Four homes have sold so far this year. Sold prices range from $53,000 up to $161,000. What's My Pioneer Place Home Worth Delta, CO Real Estate News Jan 2016Not much has changed with home listings and sales since last month's report. Sales are low in this neighborhood, but that's due to the lack of inventory. If more homes were on the market, then there would be more sales to report.
