It's made up of manufactured and site built houses...most of them are ranch style homes with predominately three bedroom, two bath floor plans. There isn't any new information to share since last month's real estate market report.  At this time there are no active or pending listings. Since last month's report the one property that was under contract has sold. It went under contract 15 days after it was listed and sold for $138,000. So far this year three homes have sold. What's My Pioneer Place Home Worth Delta, CO Real Estate News Jan 2016Not much has changed with home listings and sales since last month's report. Sales are low in this neighborhood, but that's due to the lack of inventory. If more homes were on the market, then there would be more sales to report.
