Emerald Hills is a neighborhood people in Delta, CO love to call home. There is very little turnover in this subdivision. It's on the south side of Delta (behind the old Coors plant which is now the Weatherport building). There's only been a few slight changes in the market since last month's report. While the activity is slow property values are going up. Here's a look at the recent activity: There are three active listings and one pending a sale.
