According to our MLS system at Pikes Peak Association of Realtors in Colorado Springs there are currently 4 homes for sale in Top of Skyway with prices ranging from $525,000 to $699,000.  Two properties sold this year with prices of $545,000 and $600,000 I do not see a good website for this area.  It is a delightful place to live; close to walking paths and Bear Creek Park.  They also have nice views of the city. www.beitzel.com  enid@beitzel.com 04/20/2010
