 Greenfield is located in Centennial, with a bit of this neighborhood in the City of Aurora.    It is located off Arapahoe Road & Picadilly in the South part of the Metro Denver area.   It is located in Cherry Creek School District, which is just one reason this neighborhood is popular! I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and fun to see the numbers every month.    For the month of December, there were three sales, up from two sales in November.   For this size of neighborhood, we don't see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates.    The average sale was $515,000, and sellers are seeing 97.44% to list price. This neighborhood has a community pool, tennis courts and a community pond for the kiddos wanting to try out their rod & reel! For more i...
