 My Sellers were very optimist about finding the right property after we secured a buyer that gave them time to locate a replacement home.    Was just a few days, and a listing came on the market that appealed to these Buyers. After the fiasco with KB Homes raising the price for buyers have no desire to use their in-house lender, they were off to find another property.  This townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, a 2-car garage and 2,745 total square feet, most of which is finished.   Lots of room for their kids and grands to come and visit!
