Next Gen Homes by Lennar - What a concept! I became aware of these homes about a year and a half ago when I was at a Builder Realty Council breakfast and trade show. I can not believe that builders have not included at least one variation of this concept in every community they build in. The simple concept is, a full residential home with a built in one bedroom apartment with its own access. With all the sandwich generation going on, this makes perfect sense to me. The only thing better than golfing with friends, is golfing with friends for a great cause. Some of you that know me, know that I enjoy spending time on the course and unfortunately for me I have  not been out this year, in fact I have not swung a club since last October.
