A homeowner called me and we met in the last couple of weeks.   I walked the property and made some suggestions on items to correct prior to listing the home. There were a few items that needed to do prior to listing, and then we talked about what day to list his home.    With going on vacation, I suggested putting it on the market prior to my leaving town.   I do A LOT of social media posting and marketing with fellow REALTORs. I did tell him, I thought having photos done on Tuesday or Wednesday and having the home available on MLS and for showing on Friday would be the best!    I know there are times you cannot get everything organized to accomplish this, but that is my advice to a homeowner. What is your advice to a homeowner? 08/14/2023
