Denver, like most larger cities right now, is experiencing low inventory, multiple offers, and offers made thousands over list price. Early last year I had someone make an inquiry on my website and they really wanted to buy their first home. We stayed in contact, but after COVID hit, they decided to wait it out, and renew their apartment lease for a few more months. About 2.5 months ago, they spoke to a lender and started viewing homes.
