This buyer is now the proud owner of this golf course community home.   Not sure what he will do with the pool.   He plans to get his vendors into the home quickly to get it updated and repaired.   Right now, the garage door and opener are not working.   Congratulations to my buyer!    This property was owned by the same owner since 1986 and let much of it go with no maintenance done unless they had to.   Good thing there is a new furnace and air conditioner!    Much of the home needs to be remodeled, which is exactly what my buyer was looking for.    He did ask if he could get the pool up and running again, but the 25' trees growing in it says probably nothing is salvageable.   I meant to take a photo..... Meadow Hills has a golf course, tennis courts, and all the homes have huge lots ... 10/08/2021
