Yountville, Napa Valley, the Vintage Subdivision The Vintage Subdivision (originally built as The Vineyards but later changed) is a great place to live. It is a planned unit development consisting of 100 homes with 60 detached and 40 attached townhomes. It was built in 3 phases and mostly constructed from 1984 to 1987. It is where I have lived since 1986. I first started real estate sells full time here in the Napa Valley and this was my first attempt at a large project.
