I was invited to a nice evening of wine tasting, chocolate tasting and selection of hor d’oeuvres. It was a two hour networking event at the Westlake Inn of Westlake Village in the Wine Cellar.   Happy Cinco De Mayo     Our office had a happy day today. We had a potluck for Cinco De Mayo. We had chicken and steak fajitas, chips and salsa, salads, corn dishes, desserts and of coarse beer and soda.                                               When I think of Cinco De Mayo, which I have celebrated since I was young, I always thought it was a Mexican Holiday. Like our Independence Day or the like. No, it is Spanish for the 5th of May but it is celebrated nationwide and also in Mexico, primarily in the State of Puebla.
