Hey guys. I have been very lucky to meet (on the phone) with a couple of the renovation draw people at Wells Fargo draw disbursement center... Maria and Mary who I am utterly impressed with. They are very good to deal with and have made it a pleasure to work with that team. I'm sure there are others but these two people have such a grasp of the program and how important it is to get our contractors and consultants paid after that draw is complete that I'm just so impressed. My contractors on the last few draws we have done have been paid with a couple of days. Several-3 days and 1-2 days from the time it was turned in. Way 2 Go Wells...  The program needs more draw disbursement people like these. It is good for the program and offsets some of the nightmares you hear from "the other guys...
