There are twenty-one homes available for sale in Van Nuys.., the Inventory is still low and it seems that will continue all the way summer of 2022.. Most homes get mutliple offer way above the original asking price. That keep the market going up due the demand. Minimum Sold Price $625,000, house with 2 bedrooms 3 baths, 1,410 sq ft, lot 1,998 and 9 days on the market. Average Sold Price $894,339, house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,482 sq ft, lot 7,333 and 16 days on the market. Two were trust sales, two probate ad twenty-four standard. Twenty-two homes closed escrow, the demand for homes keeps increasing every day, the homes that hit the market get offers within a couple of days and end up selling above the original asking price. There are thirty-three homes available for sale and seventeen condos and townhomes as well, which means that the inventory is still very low and may continue like that to the end of this year.
