Pitman High Pride 2013 Football Schedule It's that time of year again when local High School football players will hit the gridiron on Friday nights (and the occasional Thursday night).  Friday night high school football is a tradition in most parts of the country and the Pitman High Pride of Turlock is no exception. Dear Mr. Home Seller. Has your agent actually seen your home? Every once in a while I will see a home listed by an out of the area agent. I wonder why people would list their home with someone from out of the area.  I guess maybe the agent is a family member or a friend.  But is that agent really doing the best thing for that home seller? Does he know the neighborhood, or the local market? One of my buyer clients asked if he could see a listing here in Turlock.  The listing agent is 100 miles away in the South Bay Area.  I'm pretty sure that the listing agent has not even seen the home.  I have tried to make an appointment to show this home.
