When it comes to Generation Y first time home buyers, as a Real Estate Broker and being in the real estate industry for more than 2 decades, you're going to find that Gen Y needs are different from their parents as first time homebuyers before. As a baby boomer, let's look at who they are.  I can tell you that this generation is different.  Based on our experience raising 7 children- all of them are in the Gen Y criteria, ages from 24-33, we can relate to them easier or with more tack.
