Solana Beach California mortgage rates are posted below.  Please call in for most up to date intra day rates. If you're in the Solana Beach area and considering a refinance or a purchase you'll likely be looking at mortgage interest rates.  Shopping for the best mortgage rate can be difficult if you don't know what to look for.  The mortgage rates offered are only one part of the equation.  The fees associated with those mortgage rates are equally important.  To make it more confusing (not trying to) the date the mortgage rates were posted and the current market rate is also important. You see, mortgage rates change daily.  They are determined by the sale and purchase of mortgage backed securities (MBS).  Your mortgage is sold on the bond market in the form of an investment (security). ...

Folks seeking the best in Solana Beach coffee shops will find Zinc Café in Solana Beach CA to be a charming, comfortable place to hang out in the heart of the Cedros Design District.  READ MORE: Solana Beach Real Estate - Seaside Community Extraordinaire  Zinc Café is swaddled in plants and with the tree-covered patio looks almost like an English garden. There are several tables and chairs indoors but the real treat is to enjoy your coffee while taking in the street scene on the brick patio under the trees, and the feel, IMO, is distinctly European.    Zinc Café in Solana Beach offers a wide range of beverages as well as a menu of breakfast and lunch offerings that is mighty impressive for this small place. Personally, having a croissant or scone with jam and coffee in the early morning...

I found this parking space and signage at Muttrpolis rather humorous, and fortunately had my camera with me at the time. Muttropolis is located in the Cedros Design District of Solana Beach, and is a cool store that caters to...well you can guess...dogs, cats and all sorts of pets. You can buy stuff on-line, too

Buyers interested in acquiring waterfront homes in Solana Beach California have a number of options.  The Solana Beach real estate market is one of the more expensive, on average, of the coastal communities. Unlike Del Mar, to the south, and Oceanside further north, all of the Solana Beach waterfront homes are on the bluffs overlooking the ocean rather than at sea level, much like Encinitas and Carlsbad.  Buyers can choose from both attached (condos) and a few detached waterfront homes, depending on price range. There are also some new construction waterfront homes to choose from as well. The inventory tends to be rather limited, especially for detached homes on the ocean. The majority of the waterfront condos in Solana Beach are clustered along the south end of S. Sierra Avenue  READ M...
