David Hitt and Ronald Shore's neighborhood multi-yard sale in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles was a big success!On Sunday, April 12th, we hosted a multi-family yard sale in the neighborhoods of Magnolia Woods and Sherman Oaks Quad. Over 25 families participated in the event.In the weeks leading up to the sale, residents who wanted to participate signed up with us so their addresses could be included in a map of all participating homes. As I was driving on Coldwater Canyon Blvd, I passed one of the most exclusive school of the Greater Los Angeles area Harvard-Westlake. Interestingly I could not help but notice all the signs. This made me think what do potential buyers think when they see signs like this? Will this encourage them to buy into the community? Or will it have a detrimental effect on the sales process? Three Meet-ups in one: The Marathon Meet UP in Los Angeles! Dick Greenberg in Los Angeles? Is this an optical illusion? The Active Rain Meet up in Los Angeles: the brain child of Alexandra Seigel:  This is the final and last announcement of the ‘Big Meet Up’!     Now let’s keep things in perspective, Alexandra Seigel decided she wanted to meet with Michael Jacobs and yours truly. She tried to grab us at different occasions individually without success. Since we are all busy people and I am a night owl not a morning person, breakfast was not an option for us, even though they have been to Beverly Hills on numerous occasions.
