I want to buy a house , but it must not be expensive, expensive being the opertive word. I love the way the houses look when I go checking out open houses, but I don't feel welcome. I wish I had a personal X-ray machine to look through all the walls , nooks and cranies for cracks and weaknesses. I could bring the price down , lower than the listing value, my eyes are sharp. My brain is even sharper, I can never go wrong, infact, its a no brainer, I would just have to buy low, to lock in a good deal, and my profits are on the way. I will sell only if i want to make a profit in due course, duh!, well depends on the market, I may hold if the market falls. I can always rent it out for a few dollars more, make it my cash cow.
