The builders are busy right now. San Elijo hills has new homes for sale.  The estates at San Elijo are all sold out. Altaire is wrapping up. Sanctuary has its model homes in place with views all over North County San Diego even into downtown. They have single story homes for sale and their homes start at $800,000. They've broken ground all the way up San Elijo road over by the fire station and new elementary school being built. Manufactured Home PARK RULES & REGULATIONS MH Park Residency Law (MRL)   1. Do mobile/Manufactured home park rules prevail over state law?   No. The park rental agreement and the park rules and regulations must be consistent with the MRL and other laws that apply in parks. For example, a park rental agreement or rule that provides the park may increase the rent with a 30-day notice to a homeowner who owns the mobilehome in the park would be in conflict with Civil Code Sec. 798.30, which provides that such a rent increase requires a 90-day notice.
