San Juan Capistrano Real Estate Listings are a scarce commodity right now! Of the 93 "active" listings for sale, only 18 are priced under $500,000! Given that 27 homes priced under $500,000 closed in May 2012, that equates to an incredibly low 3 week supply of homes in this price range.
