If you are in Real Estate I am sure you've heard this.... I have a huge sphere, of course I have those past and present clients but my  "people I am in contact with all the time" Is 2 schools and everybody associated with them, Girl Scouts and community friends is about 2000 or so people. Well, they all know I am in Real Estate and will never forget it (if you know what I mean). Every chance I get I am boasting about a house or a buyer or a seller, I have done this for so long, I don't even know I am doing it. So, a couple of weeks ago I turn on the computer (coffee in hand, it was Sunday) and in one of my groups someone posts "I want to see this home please call me if you can show it to me" Nobody answered but me!?! Almaden Valley ~ 95120I was out previewing Almaden Homes in Almaden Valley on December 30, 2008. Unlike most days when I preview Almaden Homes, I took time to really embrace all that Almaden Valley is.I stopped by the Almaden Golf and Country Club which is the host of many LPGA Tournaments.  It was a slightly hazy day in Almaden Valley - the sun was shinning - however it was a bit cold. Nonetheless, the Almaden Golf and Country Club Golf Course are as beautiful as ever - don't you agree? I then drove to Almaden Quicksilver County Park which is one of Almaden Valley's public recreational sites. Happy New Year Willow Glen ~ 95125!Today was a rather hazy New Year's Day in Willow Glen.  I did not let that stop me from visiting downtown Willow Glen. I was curious to see which stores were open and how many people were downtown Willow Glen. I must admit, I was a little surprised to see so much activity downtown Willow Glen on New Year's Day.
