Anatomy of an Evergreen Valley Home For Sale - SOLD This Evergreen home for sale was listed on the MLS on August 7, 2014 and premarketed, with no showings for two days, while we finished cleaning and inspections.      There were two open houses held on August 9th and 10th.  There were twenty (20) groups of people through the open house on the 9th and ten (10) groups through on the 10th.  I share this because I am a firm believer that open homes don't sell homes.  It is not my standard practice to host homes open.
