San Diego Real Estate Investors Getting Creative I recently read an email from the California Association of Realtors about investors shifting away from the conventional single family homes and multi-family properties to more diverse real estate investments. The article went on to say that some investors are trending towards commercial real estate, land and mobile homes. In 2013 78% of real estate investors buying real estate in California purchased single family homes. In 2016 this number is down to 70%. Downtown San Diego Condos Update: The Grande South Newsletter May 2016   Exterior Building Caulking Project : At the April Board of Directors The Grande South meeting, the Board approved a proposal from Jon Wayne Construction for the replacement of all the caulking that is under the window flashing on the exterior of the building. According to the 2016 Reserve Study, the work is due, and thanks to our diligent Finance Committee and Board, we are fully funded for this project.
