Joe Feinhandler is a top producing loan officer in San Diego, newer to Active Rain and one of the nicest people I know.  I always enjoy working with him because he is knowledgeable.  He freely shares with me his methods of success and takes time to help others with their business.  Like I said, he is one of the nicest people I know. You can’t go anywhere with Joe and not be greeted by someone who knows him.  Realtors, business owners and people at the store, the sincerity in their faces tell the story of a person who has made a good name with them. If you want to eat your lunch un interrupted then eat alone! Joe recently joined our community but he is no stranger  to the public.  He has various blogs and has also appeared numerous times on San Diego 6, “San Diego Living”.  Joe is a mark...

We often hear the question "Why are prices so high in San Diego?  Where I am from we can buy a 3br/2ba home for $120,000 and here you want $550,000.  That doesn't make sense."  I have learned not to defend San Diego prices.  As they say, a picture is worth 1000 words.  Here is why San Diego is worth the money to me.  Sit on the beach in Coronado (one of the Top 10 Beaches) and see Pt. Loma.  Watch the ships leave and enter San Diego Bay.  Just enjoy the day. When you can be at the beach and see the Pacific Ocean in all its glory, it is worth the price, to me at least.  When two days of rain are followed by a week of clear and sunny weather, it is worth it to me.  When cold blizzards keep you inside doing whatever you do inside during blizzards, San Diego is worth it to me. I have learne...
