San Bernardino Museum features "Through the Keyhole" in Redlands Visit the special exhibit, “Through the Keyhole,”  at the Fisk Gallery of the San Bernardino County Museum in Redlands. The exhibit features historic locks and keys on loan from the Scott J. Klemm collection. Scott Klemm first started collecting locks and keys while a teenager. “I read a biography of Harry Houdini and the tale of this escape artist inspired me to learn to pick locks,” said Klemm. “I thought I could learn the secret of lock-picking by prying open some old padlocks, but some were just too interesting to butcher. An Unexpected Surprise While Showing Property Saturday...Eeeeek   I took a buyer who wanted to see a big house in the Redlands area yesterday. So we went to see the house and he didn't really like it so we were driving around and going to another home I had made an appointment to show him.    Well, he was driving as he prefers it that way so I was shocked when he abruptly slammed on the brakes and jumps out. I was not sure what was happening as this man is not emotional or hysterical and very calm normally.    Sure enough in the middle of the road was a huge snake all coiled up. Selling Your Home is Emotional for Kids Recently we sold our home that we had lived in for over 10 years and our kids had happy teenage years there and then they went off to college. My one daughter was really not happy but they do not live at home anymore and we decided we did not need a 2-Story, 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home. We bought a single story home and moved. Hey Where is Everyone Today on the Golf Course?   Today we had day 1 of a 3 day rainstorm. I was at a WCR event at the Redlands County Club and the golf course is usually full of golfers and their carts. It was pouring rain and no one was around except the birds who were jumping on the course.
