Does Your Front Loading Washing Machine Smell....   Can You Rid the Smell or Should You Get Rid of the Washer?   In 2007, we bought a new front loading electronic washer and dryer in a custom color with the pedestals for our laundry room. I had never had a W/D set that made the washing clothes experience fun. I loved the color and was very pleased.  About a year later the washer stopped working and an Error Code appeared on the screen. Per the washer's manual it said the Computer Control Module needed to be replaced and the Kenmore Dispatch said it would be around $500 for labor and parts and they couldn't get to our house for 1.5 weeks as they were so busy. An Unexpected Surprise While Showing Property Saturday...Eeeeek   I took a buyer who wanted to see a big house in the Redlands area yesterday. So we went to see the house and he didn't really like it so we were driving around and going to another home I had made an appointment to show him.    Well, he was driving as he prefers it that way so I was shocked when he abruptly slammed on the brakes and jumps out. I was not sure what was happening as this man is not emotional or hysterical and very calm normally.    Sure enough in the middle of the road was a huge snake all coiled up. Selling Your Home is Emotional for Kids Recently we sold our home that we had lived in for over 10 years and our kids had happy teenage years there and then they went off to college.
