Wish List for my Website   I set up my website 9 years ago and I think it is a dinosaur now.  I can change the front template and add articles and links but it is nothing to write home about.   Then I have a second website set up by my brokerage and it is a search tool and sends me a nice email and text telling me who has filled out the search request box (only if they fill it out).   I have been thinking about upgrading my website at Keller Williams as they have a professional version but I have not because I am not sure about my domain name. Today's News:  A Sign of The Times Perhaps I should've just named this post wordless Wednesday.  Below is an idea for a new sign for the new branding of the business.  What impressed my partner most was not the layout or the design, I do Not consider myself artistic, it was the fact that I put the entire thing together using my iPad and keynote in about 15 minutes.  Today marks 30 days as a new iPad owner and I must say I love being mobile. :) P.S.  Please feel free to comment on the sign, share your thoughts, suggestions or improvements.  Also the QR code will actually go to the virtual tour to each listing where the sign will be placed.   01/23/2013

I Brake for Deer, Bears, Squirrels, Sheep and Anything Big on the Road.   Today on my way to show a property I heard on the radio that there was sheep running across the freeway in Moreno Valley. Of course this probably did not end well for the sheep or some of the drivers but there was nothing on the web.       I was thinking about this all afternoon and watched the local news but nothing. Nothing can be a good sign too and no mention of it on the CHP site but it does not let you go back all day but just a few hours.         Regardless, I just wanted to put this out as a reminder to be careful of animals crossing the road or running in front of your car.         My dad in his later years worked as Driver’s License Examiner as the DMV.
