The O'Brian Stats for The Antelope Valley Palmdale November 6 2008 Keller Williams Realty AVOctober sold in the Palmdale, Lancaster & other core areas was 668 units VS 187 in October 07 that a whopping 257% gain in sold units.Here is another shocker open escrows from August 2007 through December 07 in the core area was 856.  From August 2008 YTD we have open 2,365 units that over 176% gain in open escrows.November is starting to show some holiday pressure in open escrows. You might have miss us last Saturday at the 23rd annual Palmdale Fall Festival. One of the more favorite presentations was The Living Garden. Visitors looked at statues that came to life and extend a hand for a bump or to grab a baseball cap right off your head. The woman in the ivy is astounding its mythical I was really taken in by how interesting she was and how well she looked just like ivy that came to life. The woman in the ivy is a living walking 13-foot-tall stilt individual wrapped in a sheath of vines and leaves, attracting a humongous followers wherever she goes. We had a great time at the Palmdale Fall Festival this year. The food was just like the best you find at festivals and fairs and alike. The Backyard Amateur BBQ was very cool.
