This is the July 2016 Real Estate Market Update for Oxnard Single Family Homes. Homes sales for Oxnard Single Family Homes was equally as strong in July, 2016 compared to July, 2015 with regards to the number of homes sold.    Please note this Real Estate Market Report does not include the oceanfront homes which in my opinion skew the overall statistics for Oxnard Single Family Homes. I like to break the oceanfront area out and look at those prices separately. Inventory of Oxnard Single Family Homes is still low, which puts pressure on housing prices to rise, however, price appreciation is somewhat constrained due to overall affordability. It is also important to point out that the lower price range of Oxnard Homes is very competitive.
