There were many years when you thought of an FHA loan as a low income loan for homes in less affluent neighborhoods. Not any longer, at least for a while longer. Better get yours done asap. Why would you want an FHA 203k loan in any of these areas? Simply this... you don't want to put all the money down to purchase your home. You would like to keep some cash in the bank. Example 1: Purchase price $850,000 + construction cost of $100,000. If the property requires repairs of $100,000 you won't likely get a loan of any size on it till the repairs are completed or they are included in a renovation loan. For the Sophomores at Miramonte High School, the season started Friday with an exciting game against Analy High School. For the players, it’s good to get back in pads and helmets. Such an exhilarating experience for these young men. Lifelong friendships are made on the practice fields and on game days. He asked, “What are people offering as a general rule for properties in Orinda?”My answer began with saying there are many variables that go into considering what to offer on a property, many variables that are property specific. Individual property differences make it tough to generalize an offer price percentage of list price for a whole City.I told my client one of the first items to consider is how long the property has been on the market.
