I've been showing a client a lot of homes in Oceanside lately. We are trying to get west of the 5 in Oceanside under 650K, but most places are fixers. We've also been looking nearby in Historical Loma Alta community and Fire Mountain. Yesterday I showed a really cool home that featured GOOGIE architecture. Basically, GOOGIE is FUNK FACTOR, INOVATOR type stuff.  Anyhow, I've seeen most of the homes in Loma Alta Oceanside recently between 500-700K, and when we saw this one we were like WHOA!The Loma Alta neighborhood is quite unique, compared to North County San Diego, at least. By no means are Historic Loma Alta Homes "Cookie Cutter".
