    Finally Finished!!! Norco spec home is complete and in escrow.   A picture paints a thousand words, so here are the before and after photos of our Norco, CA spec home: BEFORE AFTER             We purchased a 770 square foot 1930's home with foundation problems, tore it down, and built in it's place a lovely new home that the new homeowners will enjoy for many years to come.  The project from start to finish was about 4 months.  We closed the purchase of the old home on July 6th, 2011.   Building plans were in the works as escrow was processed, and submitted for permit approval soon after we closed.  The demolition permit was obtained upon submission of the plans so that the demo work could be done as the City of Norco reviewed the plans for construction.      We received the approva... 11/09/2011

It's Fair Time! The Annual Norco Fair Opens Today! With the opening ceremonies just completed, the Norco Fair is officially open and ready for fun!  The opener included a flag ceremony, a great performance by Rainbow Express Dance Company, and presentation of the Norco Pride Beautification Awards.   If you missed the opening ceremony, don't worry - there's still plenty of fun over the next 4 days. City of Norco Announces "The Plunge"!  2011 Aquatics Season Begins June 4th The City of Norco swimming pool will be open for recreational swimming on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 1 to 4 pm.  A swim pass can be purchased for $20.00.  The pass is good for 10 visits, and may be used by more than one person.   Swim lessons will be offered as well, with 4  two-week sessions throughout the summer.  Lessons are daily, Monday through Thursday, for 30 minutes each.  The cost is $75.00.  Private lessions are also available, see the City of Norco website for further details and complete class schedules.
