It's amazing to me how many good buys are out there. Newport Beach a luxury real estate market also has plenty of homes at reduced prices. I held open house this weekend and I was swamped. Non stop buyers coming in looking asking questions. There's that fear of what is happening in the economy, but as I always tell my buyers, if you are planning to purchase a home to stay 5 or more years there is nothing to worry about. Balboa Island is my favorite spot in Newport Beach. While I dont live there just yet, I know someday I will. I visit the Island at least 3-4 times a week. Usually to walk or run around both the Main Island and the little Island. Sometimes I just go to shop on the many darling shops in town or meet friends for coffee. I really enjoy all the charm the island has to offer. I make it a point to always keep an eye on what real estate on Balboa Island is doing.
