What’s My Mira Loma CA Home Worth? – Find the Value of Your Mira Loma CA House In this current real estate market, understanding the current value of your Mira Loma home can be a confusing task. Even so-called experts, banks and real estate agents have a tough time determining the market value of Mira Loma California houses. There are websites like Zillow and Yahoo Real Estate that enable you to input your address and get a formula-derived price of your Mira Loma home, but these tools are unreliable because the data feeds that enable this can sometimes be inaccurate. These tools also do not take into account the varying differences in homes, like condition, upgrades and other amenities. So what is the best way to determine the price of your Mira Loma CA home? Mira Loma Real Estate The Mira Loma real estate market has been extremely volatile in the past few years, from foreclosures, short sales and standard sales as well. But Mira Loma real estate transactions are still happening in spite of the market crash and tough market conditions. While it is true that many unfortunate Mira Loma homeowners are losing their properties to foreclosure, foreclosing banks and lenders are not in any hurry to list their Mira Loma foreclosed assets for sale. Banks have slowed the resale of their Mira Loma foreclosures to a trickle to keep the real estate marketplace competitive for buyers and to not flood the supply. It is a great time to buy Mira Loma real estate if you have the resources to do so, but there are many buyers and investors buying foreclosures. ...

What is a Short Sale?   A short sale is when a homeowner sells their house for less money than they owe on the mortgage or mortgages. Short selling is an alternative to foreclosure for homeowners/borrowers who can no longer afford to keep mortgage payments current. Sometimes, to avoid going through the costs of foreclosure, a lender will authorize a short sale by allowing a homeowner to sell the home for less than the mortgage owed.     Simplified Steps of a Short Sale: Homeowner signs a listing agreement with a real estate agent. This short sale listing agreement is subject to third-party/lender approval. The home is marketed to buyers. Seller accepts a buyer's purchase offer subject to the lender's approval. Seller's lender accepts the buyer's purchase offer, which is less than owed o...

Ok, maybe it's not the world's largest cactus, but I'm guessing it's one of the biggest in Southern California.  The cactus pictured below is in Mira Loma, California.  I was driving by on the way to take a listing, turned a corner, and BAM... Giant Cactus!  After looking at the house, truck, and boat... I'd say that cactus is the homeowner's prized possession. Don't even think of snaking my picture and selling it to the National Enquirer.  I already sold it to them for $183.00.  ;-) Enjoy!Cameron NovakThe Homefinding Center951-212-7479
