The U.S. State Department Operations Center has set up a toll-free number (888-407-4747) for Americans seeking information about family members living or traveling in Haiti. My apologies for not posting yesterday as it was a recovery day for me :) I celebrated my 37th birthday on New Years eve and partied with my loved ones at the Shangri La hotel in Santa Monica. We had a blast!! The City of Malibu encourages residents to recycle their Christmas trees after the holidays. Remember, trees must be free of metal/plastic stands, as well as all ornaments, lights, and plastic wrap (including tree bags) before drop-off or they cannot be treated as green waste.
