1967 Beaujolais: what comes to your mind?Well my first reaction is Vinegar. My second reaction  was, why on earth would you keep a bottle this long and not have it in a Wine Fridge or proper storing place? My client (who used to own a Winery in Napa ) and we went to see this “fixer” aka tear down home, as we were going through the place there were a great many people hanging around and organizing an Estate Sale to get rid of all the “stuff”.We happened to see this bottle of 1967 Beaujolais and we both cracked up laughing. Most people find the 90068 zip code very appealing and connect it with the World Famous HOLLYWOOD SIGN. Find out and read this report....Since I just analyzed the 90068 Real Estate Market and determined that it was a sellers market I wanted to look at it in more detail. What is causing this flury of activity? Easiest place to check first is what the price per square foot is in the 90068 zip code. The 90068 Zip Code has been closely watched by me of recent months. Every listing that has come on the market seemed like it would be in Escrow relatively quickly so with that I had to look closer. Needless to say sometime what we suspect turns out to be reality, but instead of guessing let's look at the real data.So with that said let us see the number of sales first: Clearly there have been more sales month over month.
