Recently there’s been some great banter in regards to changes to the Code of Ethics   Without question this is a hot topic and needs to be reviewed and amended! I agree with a comment I’ve read recently, the subject of this comment (The Realtors Code of Ethics) the comment made, (You cannot instill ethics in anyone just because someone wrote a "code" into membership of an organization) The person brilliantly adds and finishes-up with, (First off, membership in the organization is forced upon anyone seeking to sell real estate within the community they live because that's the way the "local" multiple listing service" has it structured.
