I closed another short sale today.  This one was a Bank of America short sale and it could not have gone smoother.  The negotiator was awesome, she always answered my emails in a timely manner and even gave me her phone number when we had a minor problem come up.  This home was in Livingston Ca.   It was a three bedroom two bath home built in 1991.  It sold for $95,000. With all of the negative publicity that Bank of America has gotten recently I think it is right to praise them when they do something right.  This time they did something right.  A nice young couple will not have to worry about how they will get out from under an upside down house or have to worry about being foreclosed on.  If you are in a similar situation read here about FORECLOSURE VS.SHORT SALE.
