A New Master Planned Community in Lake Forest   On February 8th (according to The Orange County Register) a new master planned community is comming to Lake Forest.  The community is called Baker Ranch there are 6 new projects there priced from $500,000-$1,000,000.  It is good for all parts of South Orange County in that the comunity will add new buyers to our communities.  This supports that the new home building does show we are continuing to grow our real estate market.  02/01/2014
