  According to  California Regional Multiple Listing service (CRMLS)  334  single Family homes sold in La Mirada in 2013. Of those  the most expensive was $1,000,000.  The Average home price was $453,60  with 1,742 Sq. ft. of living space.    That compares with 2012 when 510 Single family homes sold in 2012.  Of those  the most expensive was $870,000.  The Average home price was   $388,591 with 1,603 Sq. ft. of living space. Less homes for sale but higher prices.  The average Days on the market was 78 days in 2012 compared to 50 days in 2013.     Currently there are 40 Single Family homes for sale in La Mirada.   2014 will continue to be a good time to sell your La Mirada home.  Mike Crosby, ( pictured below) sold the pictured La Mirada home  for $548,00 in 2013.

 People ask about home values, the reality is most agent are only good is a locate area.  I live and work in Californai below is a video of me in Wisconsin. I am not an expert on home values in Wisconsin.   Recently I had a call from an investor who had purchased a home in La Mirada and fixed it to flip. He was wonder why it had not sold.  I took a look at it and it was one street over from the "good" area. just one street over can make a huge difference in values.    My advice, if you are looking to sell your La Mirada Home get someone who knows the area.
