As a full service residential real estate brokerage, our company provides full M...

These days when you walk along Main Street and the Pier you see many odd and interesting sites, especially when people watching.  I wish to share some of them with you.  These pictures were taken on March 8, 2007, thus we were still in our winter months in Huntington Beach, California.  Daytime highs along the shore are generally around 60 degrees.Tourists come to Huntington Beach year round, although the surge is usually during the summer.  It is interesting how people are dressed.  To Californians this is still winter, so we wear jackets or sweatshirts.  You can identify the tourists from cold areas of the United States or whatever country they came from.  They are wearing t-shirts and shorts.  Some men and boys are shirtless.  Some women and girls are in bikinis or short shorts.  It ...

Although notified that they are ranking an inferior real estate website ahead of my website, Real-Estate-for-Orange-County.com, as the #1 real estate website in Huntington Beach, CA, Alexa.com continues to ignore this injustice.  Being a type "A" personality, I am competitively driven to being #1 in what I do.  In my past career, I made it to the #2 spot in my company as Vice President of Operations, but did not reach the top spot of President/CEO.  Since I got into real estate in 2001, I created several websites to promote my services in the markets that I work in.  I developed a website HuntingtonBeach-Homes.com and promoted it with sign riders and other resources to get it ranked as the #1 visited real estate website in Huntington Beach, CA, according to Alexa.com, an Amazon company ...

Are you a couple months behind in your mortgage payments?  Have you failed to pay your property taxes?  Are you behind in payment of Homeowner Association (HOA) fees?  Do you have second or third trust deeds on your property?  Do you owe the IRS money and they have filed a lien on your property?  Do you owe home improvement contactors money and they have filed mechanics liens? If you answered yes to any of these questions you are at serious risk of going into foreclosure and losing your property.  Don't panic and put your head in the sand hoping the problem will resolve itself. There are steps you can take to save your home and preserve your credit rating.  However the longer you wait the tougher it will be.First determine if you still have equity in the home or are you upside down.  By u...

My website, http://www.real-estate-for-orange-county.com has been rated by http://www.Alexa.com as the #1 real estate website in Huntington Beach, California for many, many years.  Today it is ranked #2 behind a website for an agent with RE/MAX Select One.  If you go to this website, it is under construction.  How could an under construction site be ranked #1?Alexa.com obviously does not know what it is doing or is getting paid to promote websites!More important is my rating statistics are better than this agent's for Huntington Beach.  How can a site that has lesser hits be rated higher than a site with more traffic? Alexa.com has to be obtaining advertising fees.  How can anyone trust this site and it's data?Huntington Beach is a very, very competitive market with a lot of agents.  Th...
