Several different times on my way to Half Moon Bay California from San Francisco I passed this Farm called Lemos Farm with pony rides and some of the most interesting objects to photograph. The rode that passes Lemos Farm is a winding road with so many cars passing by that it's very difficult to pull over to stop. Well there was no way that Vegas Bob was going to let this stop him from taking some fun interesting photographs of Lemos Farm. These beautiful photographs attached to this blog were taken around Half Moon Bay only 26 miles south of San Francisco. If you look real close at these photos you will see that there are very few people on the beach. The reason there are very few people on the beach in the photo (above) is because it was windy & cold. Last weekend and the beginning of the week I was in San Francisco and The Bay Area, work related and a little get away. While I was in Silicon Valley I decided to head over to HALF MOON BAY only 28 miles south of San Francisco and around 25 miles west of Sunnydale/ Silicon Valley, and north of Santa Cruz.The very first time I saw Half Moon Bay was in the mid 70s and I fell in love with the area back then, and it really hasn't changed much. I was curious about what Real Estate was selling for in Half Moon Bay and the surrounding beach areas. Today was a rare and unusual day. Not only did I take a day off … the weather in Half Moon Bay was perfect! My son and his girlfriend and I went to Pasta Moon to celebrate my son’s birthday. If you have not been to Pasta Moon, you owe it to yourself to experience it.  Pasta Moon is more than a meal – it truly is an experience.  Our waiter Pablo gave us exceptional service. Bill Griffis and Tim Floyd had us join them in a joint presentation on the FHA 203k loan program and their conventional  renovation loan products which can be used for  second homes and investors in Half Moon Bay this morning and Bill servied a wonderful lunch to us prior to the event.
