At the end of January 2013, short sale and foreclosure listings had both fallen by nearly 87% compared to one year ago. REAL ESTATE MARKET REBOUND TO BLAME FOR LOW INVENTORY IN FULLERTON CA Real estate listings continued to decline in Fullerton, California, with a 6.8% reduction between November and December 2012. Year to date, the number of homes for sale in Fullerton, California has dropped over 55%. This massive decrease can be attributed, in large part, to the amount of available, distressed real estate listings in Fullerton; foreclosure and short sale listings have plummeted by more than 160% since January of 2012 as an increasing number of homeowners have regained their lost equity and have been able to take advantage of the insanely low interest rates, and refinance their property. In addition, a growing majority of homeowners have a more positive outlook and opinion regarding the local real estat...

Not very many people would have predicted this situation in Fullerton real estate.  Inventory is so low that many many homes get multiple offers and many of them are over the list price.  This seems "wild" as we all thought that we were in a buyers market -- but this is what happens when demand out paces the supply.  Where are the Sellers - sitting this out until the economy becomes more predictable (that is my conclusion).  Let's hope 2013 starts to settle fears down a little.

Tina Maraj & Randy Tovar REMAX Real Estate Agent 1441 Brea Blvd. Fullerton, CA 92835   Tina & Randy   Just a short note of appreciation of all the hard work you did in the sell of our home at 2551 Holly Street in Fullerton.   From the very first meeting, you developed an excellent marketing plan to set a reasonable price, targeted potential buyers and displayed it in a variety of web sites with pictures that showed the highlights of the home. Throughout the process, you kept us informed of the interest of various parties and worked with our schedule to show the home to as many potential buys as possible while protecting our privacy.   We were especially impressed with your integrity and professionalism in keeping us informed of the issues that arose and your sound recommendations of opt...

Fuoco Pizzeria Napoletana is a brand new authentic Italian pizza joint in Downtown Fullerton. Franco is the owner of the Fuoco Pizzeria and has done a fine job of making it as authentic as possible by importing a wood oven, as well as many ingredients from Naples, Italy. Along with the wood oven and ingredients, the main pizza chef Amedeo was also imported from Italy. I went with a couple friends on opening day to check the place out and have a bite to eat. We all loved the pizza and most of us gave the place a 4 out of 5 star rating. My sausage pizza was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend if you're going to get a pizza and don't want the same old Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. treat yourself to Fuocos Pizzeria Napoletana

Since January, property listings have decreased by a staggering 51.8% in Fullerton. And, although all listing categories have declined on a year to date basis, the biggest drops have been in the number of available foreclosures and short sales. REAL ESTATE LISTINGS INCREASE IN FULLERTON CA DUE TO MORE AVAILABLE EQUITY Month over month, real estate listings increased 11.5% in Fullerton, California. While not unusual for this time of year, it is a change from the steady drop in available homes that we've seen throughout 2012. And, although listings were up compared to September's figures, the number of available houses and condos for sale in Fullerton, California at the end of October, remained 43% below the number posted in January. The jump in active listings was the result of more available equity, as standard real estate listings were solely responsible for the double digit increase. Foreclosure listings showed no movement and active short sales fell by only 1 listing. Active Real Estate Listings in Fullerton CA = 155 Highes...

Almost every day I view the properties for sale in the North Orange County cities I specialize in. The MLS has been reporting just under 140 listings for sale in the city of Fullerton for most of the summer and September. I just noticed that in the past 4 days 25 properties came for sale and are still showing Active. It has been long time that we have seen 160 properties for sale in the city of Fullerton. This is a great time to take advantage of the historically low interest rates!    If you have any questions about the Fullerton Real Estate Market or Homes for Sale in Fullerton or North Orange County Contact me. MULTIPLE OFFERS AND BIDDING WARS PERSIST IN FULLERTON CA The number of Fullerton, California real estate listings fell once again, on a month to month basis, and have dropped by almost 50%, since the beginning of 2012. And, although all listing categories have decreased since January, the most substantial drops have taken place in the number of available distressed sales; foreclosure listings are down by 65.2% and short sale listings have fallen by 77.3%. Condos and houses priced at or below $500,000 continue to disappear, leaving entry level buyers with little to choose from in Fullerton.  Because of this, and such low inventory in general, multiple offers and bidding wars persist. Active Real Estate Listings in Fullerton CA = 139 Highest and Lowest Priced Property in Fullerton CA Lowe...
