Winter Lunch Al Fresco at Moonlight Beach~ Encinitas CA ~  It was another beautiful winter day here in SoCal...low 60s...and just right for a take-out lunch and dining al fresco at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas, about 20 minutes south of where we live (although a longer trip today due to Saturday traffic). This was our view, sitting on one of the benches on the bluff at the edge of the parking lot.
